About Me

Hi there! I’m Himani, an architecture graduate from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. In college, I worked on a project to come up with a solution that would address issues faced by people living in an informal settlement in Delhi. On interviewing these residents, I realized that the best solution for them wouldn’t necessarily be architectural. This was my first introduction to Human Centered Design, where my team designed a digital solution that would connect these people to the NGOs that wish to serve them. And there was no going back to anything else. My focus, even as an architect, has always been designing for the people. I’m super excited about using design to solve real-world problems.
